As soon as one of our expert emergency veterinarians has examined your pet, they will give you a recommendation for any necessary lab tests or X-rays to arrive at a diagnosis. Once a diagnosis has been reached, a treatment plan will be developed along with a thorough explanation of our recommendations for care. You will be fully informed of the costs all along the way so that you can make an informed decision about your pet’s needs.
If any additional treatments are needed based on your pet’s response to care, we will always seek your approval.
